What We’re Looking for in a Candidate:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, or 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience

• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently

• Familiarity with financial compliance and local reporting requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable

• Record and reconcile financial transactions in accounting systems

• Prepare, issue, and track invoices and follow up on outstanding balances

• Support general ledger maintenance and month-end close processes

• Assist with internal audits, compliance reporting, and financial documentation

• Ensure all financial data is recorded in accordance with company policies and GAAP

• Accuracy and consistency of financial records

• Timely processing of invoices and payment collections

• Efficiency in reconciliation and monthly close

• Responsiveness to internal and external financial inquiries

• Compliance with financial regulations and reporting timelines
