As a Brand Experience Intern, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our brand is experienced—both externally through marketing content and internally through team engagement and organization. This role blends creative marketing execution with hands-on operational support, giving you real-world experience across multiple business functions.

What We’re Looking for in a Candidate:

  • Pursuing or recently completed degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Basic photography and video creation skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and manage multiple priorities
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and collaborate across teams

Preferred:

  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms
  • Interest in industrial or manufacturing environments

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Social Media

  • Create and publish 2–3 social media posts per week
  • Capture day-to-day operations, team culture, and project highlights
  • Produce a mix of photo, video, and written content
  • Experiment with new formats and content strategies

Visual Asset Development

  • Capture and organize original photo and video content
  • Maintain a structured, accessible content library
  • Identify and fill gaps in visual assets

Newsletter & Internal Communication

  • Plan and distribute internal and external newsletter content
  • Improve layout, visuals, and messaging consistency
  • Align communications with company updates and campaigns

Brand Storytelling

  • Conduct employee interviews and create spotlight features
  • Develop project and customer highlight content
  • Translate technical work into engaging, easy-to-understand messaging

Training & Onboarding Support

  • Assist with new hire orientation scheduling and coordination
  • Support onboarding materials and training resources
  • Help create a smooth and engaging onboarding experience

Office & Experience Coordination

  • Provide light administrative and scheduling support
  • Assist with internal communications and organization
  • Support team events and culture initiatives

Content Strategy & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain and manage a content calendar
  • Conduct competitor and industry research
  • Track performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Consistent delivery of 2–3 quality social media posts per week
  • Organized and up-to-date content library
  • Timely and engaging newsletter distribution
  • Increased engagement across social and internal platforms
  • Completion of assigned projects on time
  • Positive feedback from team members on content and support
