• Proficiency in Microsoft tools, technology, and employee engagement strategies.
• Ability to multitask, pay attention to detail, and manage projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in scheduling interviews, managing job postings, and coordinating new hire onboarding.
• Organize and maintain training programs, track participation, and collect feedback for improvements.
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and company events.
• Serve as a key point of contact for employee experience-related inquiries and engagement strategies.

• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Efficiency: Onboarding timelines and feedback from new hires.
• Training Participation & Quality: Attendance rates and employee feedback on training programs.
• Engagement & Event Success: Participation levels and employee satisfaction scores.
• Administrative Accuracy & Timeliness: Effectiveness in scheduling, documentation, and coordination of meetings and processes.
